It's a very simple design, made it in about an hour, maybe less. What took the longest was turning the drawstring. Ugh - I hate turning. I used a regular ol' cotton fabric, so this skirt only cost me about $4 to make.
I must admit this was the best damn hem I've ever done. I do think, however, that the drawstring is a little bulky in front, so I'm gonna clean that up one of these days.
This was so easy to make, and fits better than I expected, that I plan to make at least one or two more. But next time, I'm going to include a lining, in case the fabric wears too quickly.
