Speaking of Halloween, I've crocheted many decorations for the season (to be posted in October). I have some leftover yarn with which I started a granny square afghan. Not exactly sure where it's going yet - for myself, as a gift, or a donation - but I'm sure I'll update you when it's finished.
And to spice it up a bit, I found a pattern online for small crocheted butterflies which I'll attach to it. Any recommendations for colors?
I've also started working on some homemade Christmas presents. No cheating - I won't post anything about this until December. But with these projects comes more fabric scraps. More fabric scraps means more scrap quilt squares:
With Fall approaching, I'm sure we'll break out the candles once the temperature drops, so I've been collecting containers to use for recycling worn-out candles. Glass jars, tin cans... anything that'll work.
It's going to be a busy season - but I'll be happy and relaxed in zombie mode.
