I'm must more determined now with my winter list, as I already own all the books.
Over Christmas vacation, I read the seasonally appropriate The Con Artist of Catalina Island by Jennifer Colt. I love short chapters. I get through books so much faster that way. Maybe it's because cliffhangers occur more often that I have to keep reading.
Here's what's next on the list:
Some of you who know me may think, didn't you already read The Omnivore's Dilemma? Actually, no. It's just taking me forever to read! It's a fantastic book, chock full of info, and helped finalize my transition to vegetarianism, but I just have a hard time sitting down to read it. So I'm forcing myself to read it during my lunch break at work. I only have about 50 pages left! I will get through it, dang it.
And I won't forget about my fall list. It's just getting pushed back a bit.
