I already stated I'm going to devote more of my time to volunteering with local charities. Good for my soul, now I gotta work on the temple.
Now that I'm done with all my craft rush jobs for Christmas decor and presents, I don't feel obligated to rush home after work and sew for a few hours each night. So, instead, I'm dedicating myself to actively use SparkPeople.com again. I've signed myself up for their 28-day bootcamp (though their site has been kinda glitchy today). This week's goals seem kinda easy - at least 10 minutes of exercise a day. I think I can pull that one off.
The good news is I only gained 2-3 pounds over the Christmas holiday (but maybe the stomach flu helped with that). But I still have those 'goal pants' in my closet that I've had for quite awhile. Only 2 sizes smaller than my current size. I can do this, right?
