Work travel is done for a few months so things can get back to normal. So I got right back in to crafting.
First up was to replace my door wreath. My 4th of July wreath was looking pretty beat - it has to be at least 10 years old now. Time to retire it. I picked up some tulle and whipped up a new one:
I also had the chance to visit the Craft and Folk Art Museum finally. A few months back I contributed a set of granny squares for their public art installation on the front of the building. Now I was able to see it in person.
It was pretty amazing. Hundreds of squares pieced together from donations from people all over the US and from over 20 different countries. For more info, see the press release or if you're in LA, see it in person, but hurry! It ends July 1!
